For three years the Town has organized a cooking competition reserved for amateur cooks. “Invent a Carmignano dish with dried figs” was the invitation: appetizer, first course, second or dessert… it doesn’t really matter. For three years the attendance was very high, even from outside the region and mostly thanks to word of mouth.
These recipes were even appreciated by experts and restaurant owners who have occasionally asked to include them in their menus.
For the fans, here are the collections of one hundred different recipes. Enjoy your meal!
